Ball valves
Ball Valves, including resilient seated, metal seated, V port control, multi-port, trunnion-mounted, and fully welded types. Tops ball valves offer unmatched durability and versatility, backed by an industry-leading warranty.
Butterfly valves
Resilient Seated, Lined, High Performance, & Triple Offset butterfly valves engineered for reliable performance in the most demanding applications.
Gate valves
Gate valve is a gate with opening and closing parts. The movement direction of the gate is perpendicular to the direction of the fluid. Gate valve is sealed by contact between seat and gate plate.
Cryogenic check valves

Forged valves
Forged steel valve is mainly used for controlling the flow of air, water, steam, corrosive medium, mud, oil, liquid metal and radioactive medium. Compared with other valve products, forged steel valve is characterized by high temperature and high pressure resistance, unique self-sealing design, the higher the pressure, the more reliable the seal.

What is a Forged Valve?

A forged valve is a type of industrial valve manufactured using the forging process, where metal is shaped and compressed under high pressure (typically using hammers, presses, or rollers) rather than being cast or machined from a solid block. This method results in a denser, more uniform grain structure in the metal, making the valve stronger, more resistant to fatigue, and better suited for demanding conditions like high pressures and temperatures. Forged valves are commonly used in critical applications where reliability and safety are paramount, such as in oil and gas, petrochemical, power generation, and chemical processing industries.

Types of Forged valve

  • Forged Gate Valve
  • Description: Features a sliding gate to control flow, providing a tight shut-off with minimal pressure drop. The body and components are forged for enhanced strength.
  • Applications: Oil and gas, power plants, and high-pressure steam systems.
  • Advantages: Excellent for on/off service, low flow resistance when fully open.
  • Disadvantages: Not suitable for throttling, slower operation.
  • Forged Globe Valve
  • Description: Uses a disc that moves against a seat to regulate flow, with a forged body for high-pressure applications. Available in Z-type, Y-type, or angle patterns.
  • Applications: Throttling and flow control in chemical, petrochemical, and boiler systems.
  • Advantages: Precise flow control, robust for high-pressure environments.
  • Forged Check Valve
  • Description: Allows unidirectional flow and prevents backflow, with a forged body for durability. Common designs include swing, piston, or lift check valves.
  • Applications: Pipelines, water treatment, and oil refineries.
  • Advantages: Reliable backflow prevention, compact design.
  • Disadvantages: Limited to one-way flow, not suitable for throttling.
  • Forged Ball Valve
  • Description: Features a spherical ball with a bore to control flow, made from forged materials for high strength. Offers quick quarter-turn operation.
  • Applications: Gas distribution, chemical processing, and high-pressure systems.
  • Advantages: Tight shut-off, low maintenance, fast operation.
  • Disadvantages: Not ideal for precise throttling.
